The breakfast offered many choices, including sandwiches, pastries, and fresh fruits. i especially enjoyed the omelets prepared to order. the hotel's location near the mall and metro made getting around simple. I appreciated the convenience. the staff members abhishek and kumar were very friendly and treated me with great importance.
i had to request a pillow four times throughout the day. i first asked at 9 am, then i received it at 6 pm after multiple reminders. the process was inconvenient.

The hotel offered a convenient location near the mall. I could easily walk there. the room was always well maintained. staff members, waqar and ram, provided friendly service and were helpful with requests. i appreciated the manager checking in to ensure everything was satisfactory .
The hotel's car exit created traffic delays. It took almost an hour to get through the nearby intersection during rush hour.
