room cleanliness manager kindness helpful staff
The room cleanliness was excellent throughout my stay. I thank Fahim, the manager, for his kindness. Navin was very helpful. They ensured everything was perfect. I appreciated the attentiveness and care .
The shower drain was blocked. I contacted reception twice to address this issue. the problem remained despite technician visits.

helpful manager efficient cleaning good service polite staff
i secured interconnected rooms with a burj khalifa view cleaning was effective and the reception staff provided good service dinkara the manager was helpful i will definitely consider returning the room service was available at any time the entire staff was polite
i noticed some slight wear and tear in the bathroom the mirror had some tarnishing and the toilet seat showed minor damage otherwise my stay was satisfactory

A Pleasant Stay with Helpful Staff

The breakfast each morning was a buffet with many choices. The staff was cooperative and greeted us with smiles. The room was always super clean and well maintained. Mr Navin and Jabed were professional and polite.
I found the deposit policy unacceptable. Taxis were not always available promptly. The pool was under maintenance .

The breakfast offered many choices, including sandwiches, pastries, and fresh fruits. i especially enjoyed the omelets prepared to order. the hotel's location near the mall and metro made getting around simple. I appreciated the convenience. the staff members abhishek and kumar were very friendly and treated me with great importance.
i had to request a pillow four times throughout the day. i first asked at 9 am, then i received it at 6 pm after multiple reminders. the process was inconvenient.

The hotel offered a convenient location near the mall. I could easily walk there. the room was always well maintained. staff members, waqar and ram, provided friendly service and were helpful with requests. i appreciated the manager checking in to ensure everything was satisfactory .
The hotel's car exit created traffic delays. It took almost an hour to get through the nearby intersection during rush hour.
